Views are spectacular , and the room was cozy to stay .Staff was helpful.WiFi didn’t work and they gave me the room different from which it was shown in photo while booking. For clarity I will add first photo which was shown while booking and second as the booking one which was provided.When I asked they said, we booked that room only.For lunch and dinner u have to Pre book.Only limited breakfast available.

a beautiful stay, close to the main market yet tucked away in peaceful way a hidden gem with views for the kanchanjunga range, amid blooming beautiful flora with all rare and moutain bound flowers a serene aura which reflects the culture of Sikkim the vintage wooden interiors and cosy rooms are prefect to stay with friends. and family

Location, Service and room all was very nice.... Room is so spacious... Location is also good nearby Mg marg... All staffs are very nice and cooperative..

Steve was fantastic. It was very cosy and homely stay and the staff was very nice. The location was very good like just 450 m from MG marg. The food is very nice and overall, it’s a best place to stay in Gangtok.

1. I had booked a bigger room as seen in the room photos . However, I was given a smaller room, when I checked in. The manager refused to change the room as per booking. 2. Even a third mattress was not provided to accommodate three guests. 3. The breakfast was pathetic and very limited. 4. There was no staff available most of the times. Even drinking water was denied stating unavailability of staff. 5. Two mattresses on the double bed were packed with rolled blanket between the mattresses to make the bed look bigger. 6. Overall, an unsupportive service from the hotel and booking mismatch .

This is a unique place to stay in Gangtok, conveniently located near Mall Road. The property is well-maintained, clean, and offers a stunning view of Kanchenjunga from the balcony.

Netuk house is an elegant property. The property belongs to the previous monarch of sikkim. The hotel staff is very friendly, respectful and co operative, the view of mount kanchenjunga is splendid from room.
